Sourcing FAQs

What is your supplier base like?

We have partners in all possible countries. Products “made in Germany” are becoming increasingly important. All product areas: from sweets to advertising clothing to technical devices! We are not a direct importer, but always work with qualified partners in the area of ​​imports.

Do you have your own catalog for promotional items?

No, we deliver products exactly according to customer requirements. A catalog can only show limited possibilities! And we are not limited! We only show SOME FEW products online, either because they are new, particularly inexpensive, of exceptionally high quality or in another way “special”. But here too, we are NOT limited to these products!

Would you be able to set up and operate an electronic catalog for online orders, or are you already doing so?

Yes, of course. You can find a demo version of our platform here: www.hybizz.de (ID and PW on request!). Customers can add products themselves. No restriction! In addition, we have extensive fulfillment and storage options (two modern logistics centers each with + 5000sqm).

How do you ensure that the products meet the specifications?

If time permits, we always produce quality samples in advance (sometimes several for colors and materials as well as suitable sizes). Our customers confirm the sample before it goes into final production. Depending on the time, type of product and quantity, we make visualizations instead of samples.

Do you have open book agreements with major customers?

Yes. We have open book contracts with some of our major customers for many years.

Do you currently offer one of your customers regular information regarding innovations?

Of course. We visit our customers regularly to present all trends and news on a personal level. We invite our customers to inspiring trend fairs. We send our customers a promotional email newsletter that contains innovations and many other exciting giveaways.

Please describe how you can ensure that every material produced meets the standards.

We pass on all of our quality criteria and sustainability standards to our partners (especially REACH, no child labor, minimum wages, etc.). If our customers have stricter regulations, we will pass them on and monitor compliance with them. In case of doubt and / or regularly, existing partners and new partners must prove their conformity by signature. Take a look at our Code of Conduct.

We work exclusively process-oriented and with SOPs.

Are you a member of an organization / association?

Yes, we are a member of the PSI association and the European Sourcing institute. We are committed to EPPA CSR.

Do you work with KPIs?

Yes, we can work with your KPIs and SLAs on request. E.g. Delivery reliability, delivery accuracy, quality criteria etc.

Sourcing with a clear conscience

Supplier selection and certificates

We only work with professional and certified import partners who have been working in this field for many years. We have worked successfully with most of these companies for almost 25 years.

All documents (certificates etc.) can be made available on request. Depending on the type of product / production, it is mainly ISO9001, of course always CE guidelines or FCM, C & PC and REACH; amfori BSCI Code of Conduct; ISO 14001 certified manufacturing facilities; sometimes FSC, etc.pp.

In addition, we carry out assessments for certain product series on behalf of our customers (e.g. according to the Product Safety Act (ProdSG) or the European Directive 2001/95 / EC or e.g. for children’s products according to the EN 14372 standard, just a few examples to call).

We can also offer special Fairtrade products.

Approx. 95% of our suppliers are audited. Smaller German or EU-wide productions may not be, but we can exclude these producers on request.
