C4 was founded at 1st of January, 1995 through a management buy-out of the marketing services department of an international pharmaceutical company. From the beginning, great emphasis was placed on consistent, continuous IT-based process management. With the development of the Business Platform HyBizz! C4 has been a pioneer in Web-to-Logistics. The result could be guaranteed for customers with optimum transparency and controlling.

Over the years, the C4 developed by a pharmaceutical full-service provider towards a service-industry partner for advertising material and printed matter. How did that come about?
In constant dialogue with our customers, we have developed in recent years our core competency on which we focus all our efforts today: "Services along the supply chain for promotional products and printed matter." Our services have always been the result of the expectations and needs of our customers. That is what we measure our resources and develop them further, all the time. In other words: At the top is for us always the customer. The orientation to their needs is our always our first priority. The focus on the areas of performance promotion, Dialogue, logistics and events as well as expansion into other industries was therefore a customer-driven and for us through and through logical choice.

We are positioning ourselves primarily as a problem-solving partner. In the case of C4 "Customer Integration taken at their word." Every customer is different - we are gearing up to each individual. Starting at the cost of our services to programming additional customer-specific features into our business platform HyBizz!.
 
With the development of e-commerce platform HyBizz! you were in 2000 an innovative pioneer in the advertising market. What is HyBizz! exactly?

What do you have planned for the future?
2010, the new HyBizz! 2.0 is launched. With that, we offer our customers a lot more cool features such as the possibility of an extensive campaign management or equipment rental.
